WHO WE ARE
One Hand to Hold (OHTH) is a first-of-its-kind senior transition platform headquartered in Chesterfield, Missouri. We guide seniors and their families through every major life transition, from aging in place through final estate disposition, with one trusted relationship throughout.

Our Trusted Transition Team operates under our “4 Options for Your House” model, a distinctive, senior-focused real estate disposition approach that presents every family with four distinct paths for their property. Not steered by what earns the agent the most. Guided by what serves the family best. That distinction is everything.

Our Caring Transitions division handles estate sales, auctions, move management, and senior relocation, giving us an integrated pipeline of senior clients built on genuine trust. Together, these two businesses form a flywheel of service that follows families through every stage of the transition journey.

We are growing. We are mission-driven. And we are looking for an experienced real estate professional who understands, and genuinely cares about, the world seniors and their families navigate.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Real Estate Production
  • Lead all client-facing real estate consultations, presenting all four disposition options honestly, without bias, and with genuine compassion
  • List and manage retail properties through the MLS
  • Coordinate with our investor network for off-market transactions
  • Support cash offer evaluations and help navigate the property through the renovation and remarketing process
  • Manage transactions from first consultation through closing with support from our real estate operations team
  • Deliver the one-stop senior transition promise, coordinating real estate with our Caring Transitions estate and move management services when appropriate

Referral Network, A Shared OHTH Asset
The referral relationships that feed our pipeline belong to the entire OHTH ecosystem, not to any one person. They cross-pollinate across our real estate, estate management, and assisted living verticals. As our lead agent, you will be a key contributor to how we cultivate and protect those relationships.

  • Build and maintain relationships with elder law attorneys, senior living placement specialists, social workers, hospital discharge planners, and financial advisors
  • Collaborate with our Caring Transitions team on shared referral sources, a warm CT relationship can become a TT real estate client and vice versa
  • Represent Trusted Transitions and OHTH at senior industry networking events and community engagements
  • Maintain a documented referral partner record in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
  • Participate in Caring Transitions client consultations where real estate needs are identified
Team & Operations
  • Work alongside leadership and our real estate operations team to manage the transaction pipeline
  • Contribute to the ongoing documentation and refinement of our four-option sales process
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and monthly business reviews
  • Represent the OHTH mission and values, people first, compassion always, in every client and partner interaction
WHO YOU ARE
Experience
  • Active Missouri Real Estate License, required
  • SRES designation (Seniors Real Estate Specialist, conferred by NAR), required or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire.
  • 3+ years of real estate transaction experience, residential strongly preferred
  • Senior industry background strongly preferred, sales director, community liaison, placement specialist, or similar role calling on senior living communities
  • Demonstrated track record of building referral relationships that produce consistent deal flow
  • Familiarity with the senior transition ecosystem, elder law, estate planning, senior placement, care coordination, a genuine advantage
Character
  • Genuinely compassionate, you understand the emotional weight of what senior families navigate when selling a home of 40 years
  • Relationship-first, you build trust before you build pipeline, and you sustain relationships long after the transaction closes
  • Self-directed, you thrive with autonomy and ownership; you make yourself indispensable without being asked
  • Mission-aligned, our work is grounded in faith, integrity, and serving people well above all else. That has to resonate with you authentically.
  • Builder mindset, you are energized by the idea of perfecting a model that will eventually scale beyond St. Louis, and you want to be part of that story

A Note on Senior Industry Experience
If you have spent meaningful time in the senior living industry, calling on communities, building relationships with referral partners, supporting families through care transitions, that background is worth more to us than additional years of real estate production. The real estate skills can grow. The relationship instincts and the genuine care for seniors are harder to find.
